Mr. Kakoyiannis capitalizes on more than 15 years of legal and real estate experience, creating a notable skill set in deal structuring, contract negotiations, leasing, financial engineering, and management. Prior to co-founding Imian Partners, Mr. Kakoyiannis was a principal at Fidelity-AMG Real Estate Development, LLC, a real estate investment firm which acquires and develops institutional quality retail properties in the Northeast.  Prior to Fidelity, he was counsel to the New York firm Eiseman Levine Lehraupt Kakoyiannis, P.C., a boutique law firm specializing in real estate acquisition, leasing, development and finance. Mr. Kakoyiannis provided counsel to owners, contractors, and developers in areas of construction litigation, real estate acquisition, real estate financing, and negotiated and drafted construction contracts. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kakoyiannis was an attorney at the New York firm Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLC, where he specialized in construction litigation and representing architects and engineers in malpractice actions. Mr. Kakoyiannis is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York.

Mr. Kakoyiannis graduated with honors from New York University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Literature and Politics. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Kakoyiannis is admitted to the State Bars of the states of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bar for the City of New York, ICSC and the Hellenic American Bankers Association.
