Mr. Tully merges his background in construction and real estate, establishing a unique skill set including project management, financial analysis, market analysis, strategic planning, and personnel management.

As co-founder of Imian Partners, Mr. Tully has played an integral role in creating a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and hospitality projects as well as the acquisition and development of office, retail, hospitality and industrial projects in the Connecticut, New York and Philadelphia markets.

Prior to the formation of Imian Partners, Mr. Tully successfully owned and operated Integrated Development, a real estate company specializing in construction management and consulting. Before that, Mr. Tully worked as a project manager for Turner Construction, where he was involved in various ‘from the ground up’ projects including big box retail, museum and industrial facilities. Mr. Tully began his career in real estate with Breslin Realty Development as a sales and leasing consultant.

Mr. Tully received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and his Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
